NIKE LBJ « CROWN » concept. Had that idea pop in my head the other day. Based on simple story telling. So many people think @kingjames is a punching ball , whether it is basketball fans, politics or media. And he has been for so many years. So what if the design was inspired by his crown, beaten and deformed. But still sitting proudly on his head? After all the crown is his logo. So let’s use it.
I wanted something different for him, rounder, lighter, as a nod to the next generation and his kids. And because I loved the 90s era of bball shoes. And stay irreverent because being too serious is boring. As usual, having fun!
